It's Not Easter But Here's A Chocolate, Egg, Jump.

Go to Eric Canete's blog to see the continued quality and quantity of work that is churned out by the man.  Then go here and grab yourself a copy of his fantastic books.
CHOCOLATE as the name suggests is full of sweet goodness, 65 assorted pen and ink drawings containing superhero pinups and original non-character illustrations.
EGG is a beauty similar in style to CHOCOLATE though obviously its precursor, rammed full of excellent pen and ink character art and scene work, superbly presented.
JUMP dossier is a concept sketchbook for a creator-owned project Eric Canete has been working on for a while.  It contains script page snippets, page thumbnails, character concepts, background and prop design work, and one of two inked panels from the finished pages themselves.  This being a preview book it has been limited to a run of 300.

These books are full of the things he does when he's not working his butt off.

If you're into super smooth multi layered rendering or photorealistic paintings these books aren't for you, however if you like energy and wit and a high quality, sketchy drawing style these books are what you're after.  Come see them here.

Jet Propelled Rabbit and Rocket Car Rhino

Go see Mike Yamada's Blog check out the awesomeness, an especially apt phrase to describe the blog of a man who has worked on Kung Fu Panda 2 and How Train Your Dragon.  His ability to render animals and vehicles has been put to excellent use in his upcoming flash card series Zoom Zoo.
A couple of images not from the flash cards but which probably gave Mr. Yamada a push in the right direction.
Whether you're a mother to be or someone who appreciates great artwork this collection of charming cards is definitely for you.
